SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

WE DELIVER FREE IN SOUTH AFRICA ON ALL ORDERS OVER R 1000

If your order value is less than R 1000, the delivery fee will be confirmed at the final order confirmation stage.

Any purchases over R 10 000 using credit cards will only be released once payments are reflecting.

Delivery 7 – 10 working days.

The provision of goods and services by Mervis Jewellers is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Mervis Jewellers will contact you with options and/or estimated delivery dates.

Please note however that during Sales and Special Events delivery may take up to 10 working days. If we anticipate that delivery will take longer than this, we will contact you to let you know. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

You or a person authorized to accept delivery on your behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address”). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you either process refund immediately or arrange to deliver another product, to the same value.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped by our courier company you will receive an email and sms confirmation providing full shipping details, as well as a tracking number.

LATE DELIVERY

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (‘ECT Act’), entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased, are not delivered within the agreed delivery period, as specified in the Mervis Jewellers terms and conditions. The product(s) in question must be returned to Moments by Mervis in their original state, including all labels. Any such cancellation must be done by either calling + 27 11 616 7504, + 27 84 365 8888 or emailing sales@mervisjewellers.co.za thereafter, Mervis Jewellers will refund you.
